SANTÉ

You handle complicated things every day. When did taking care of your body become one of them?

It almost feels absurd. You're the woman who gets things done. Solves everyone's problems. Juggles responsibilities. But somewhere in all of that, figuring out what to eat, how to move, and what your body needs, and doing it consistently, became its own project. And the last thing you need is another project.

You’ve spent enough time trying to make sense of it all and wondering why, after all that effort, it still feels so hard. Let Santé lighten the load.

As your wellness concierge, I’ll

  • Provide one-on-one personal training, nutrition planning, and behavior change coaching grounded in evidence.
  • Connect you with vetted clinicians when needed
  • Help harmonize recommendations into one practice, built around your life

So taking care of yourself takes up less of your head.

Does this resonate?

You’re tired of your body being a source of low-grade dissatisfaction in the background of an otherwise good life.

You refuse to believe that your strongest, hottest, fittest years are behind you.

Your Notes app is a graveyard of AI-generated meal plans that were supposed to simplify eating.

You don’t want to look up in five years and realize you’re still trying to “get back on track.”

You don’t want to spend the next decade having the same conversation with yourself about your body.

There’s a unique frustration to knowing exactly how capable you are, and still not being able to make this part of your life click.

What if this could
all feel easier?

You trust the way you eat and move instead of constantly wondering if you should be doing something differently.

You’re not trying to get your 25-year-old body back. You’re building a 30, 40-, 50-, 60+ year old body you’re excited to live in.

There’s room for dinner out, the week you’re slammed, a missed workout, the morning you sleep in (also known as “life”).

You know intuitively what works for you, so every new piece of health advice doesn’t send you back to the drawing board.

You feel good in your body now, and trust that the way you're living is taking care of future you.

You feel strong, fit, and like what you see in the mirror, and you no longer think that feeling comes with an age limit.

You get your brain back.

Let Santé take it from here.

I’m Aissata Himmelfarb, founder of Santé.

For more than a decade, I worked in global economic development, public health, and women’s empowerment across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. That work taught me to make sense of complicated problems, translate evidence into practical action, and pay attention to the circumstances that shape people’s decisions. A good plan only matters if people can use it.

Today, I bring that experience together with expertise and certification in women’s fitness, nutrition, and behavior change coaching. I help women become stronger and build a way of caring for themselves that is grounded in evidence, deeply personal, and built to hold up in real life.

Nutrition, movement, and behavior don’t exist in silos. Treating them that way makes taking care of yourself harder than it needs to be.

Let’s begin.

Your body deserves your attention. It doesn’t need to consume it.

There may never be a less busy, more convenient time. But taking care of yourself can fit the life you have now. Let’s talk about what you want, what’s been getting in the way, and how Santé can help. Submit an inquiry and we’ll see whether we’re a good fit.
