2026 Founding Cohort
When you step back and look at how fitness, nutrition, and wellness fit into your life, what do you see?
Maybe you feel overwhelmed. Maybe you feel stuck. Maybe you have tried the diet apps, the boutique gyms, the wellness trends, the supplements, the resets, the “just be consistent” advice, and somehow still feel like you are starting over every few weeks.
Or maybe something in your life has changed, and the old way you approached health and fitness no longer fits the body, schedule, priorities, or season you are actually living in now. The wellness industry will usually tell you the problem is your discipline. Santé starts from a different premise: maybe the problem is that you have been trying to force yourself into someone else’s version of wellness instead of building one that reflects your own values, goals, needs, and life.
That is what we will build together.
Santé’s 2026 Founding Cohort is a donation-based private wellness coaching series for 10 clients. Together, we will define what feeling fit and well means for you now, then use evidence-led support in behavior change, fitness, and nutrition to turn that into something concrete: habits, routines, and practices that actually fit your life.
Santé is proud to share that 100% of funds from this cohort will go to a to-be-announced non-profit organization in Washington, DC.
Santé believes wellness support should be accessible to all women. If your financial situation does not allow you to make a donation, please let us know and we will work with you.
