Santé is designed to support women through different seasons of health, fitness, and behavior change, from private coaching to movement, group experiences, and future retreats.
Our offerings will expand over time. For 2026, the primary way to work with Santé is through the Founding Cohort: a limited, donation-based private coaching series designed to help women define what feeling fit and well means now, then build the habits, routines, and support to make that real.
Additional private coaching, personal training, group fitness, workshops, and retreats are planned as Santé grows. Join our mailing list or follow on socials to stay informed as new offerings become available.
2026 Founding Cohort
For women who want time-bound, structured, high-touch support
across behavior change, fitness, and nutrition.
This is Santé’s first donation-based private wellness series. During 8 one-on-one private wellness advisory and coaching sessions with Founder Aissata Himmelfarb, we’ll define what feeling fit and well means, then use evidence-led support in behavior change, nutrition, and fitness to turn that vision into something concrete.
This is the best place to start if you feel overwhelmed by wellness, stuck in old patterns, tired of disconnected advice, or ready to build a way of taking care of yourself that actually fits your life.
Status: Now accepting 10 clients.
Format: Eight (8) one-on-one private sessions with Santé’s Founder Aissata Himmelfarb.

Individual Offerings
Coming Fall 2026
Santé Foundational Session
For women who want clarity, structure, and expert direction before committing to longer-term support.
A focused entry point into Santé’s work. We’ll review your goals, current routines, pain points, and where things keep breaking down, then develop a customized plan based on what you’re trying to change and the support you need.
Your plan may focus on nutrition, meal planning, recipes, workout structure, movement routines, habit formation, schedule support, or a more focused behavior-change framework. The goal is to leave with a clearer understanding of what matters, what’s getting in the way, and what to do next.
Format: Two private virtual sessions with Santé Founder Aissata Himmelfarb, a customized written wellness plan, and limited follow-up support.
Best for: Clarity, direction, and a practical starting point.
Private Wellness Advisory
For women who want sustained, flexible, high-touch support across health, fitness, nutrition, and behavior change.
Private Wellness Advisory is for clients who want more sustained support across routines, consistency, nutrition, movement, behavior change, and self-trust. The value is in the iteration: we build a clear starting point, test it against your actual life, learn from what happens, and adjust from there.
This work may include clarifying goals, improving nutrition patterns, supporting body composition goals, building movement structure, troubleshooting what keeps falling apart, and creating a plan that can evolve with your life.
Format: Private 1:1 support, available as a 6-session or 12-session engagement, or retainer basis
Best for: Ongoing behavior change, nutrition, movement, structure, and accountability
Private Personal Training
For women who want to build strength, confidence, and capacity in their bodies.
Private Personal Training is customizable based on client goals and priorities, but may include functional strength, mobility, cardio, endurance, private yoga, Pilates-informed movement, and confidence in the gym or at home.
Training is personalized to your real life: how you move, what you’re working toward, what your body needs, and what has gotten in the way before.
Training can be booked as a standalone service, or added to a Santé Foundational Session or Private Wellness Advisory at a preferred add-on rate for clients who want movement support built into their broader plan.
Format: Standalone 6-session package, 12-session package, retainer, or add-on to a Foundational Session or Private Wellness Advisory
Location: Client home or Santé partner facility
Best for: Functional strength, cardio, endurance, movement quality, consistency, and confidence.
Group Offerings

Group Fitness
For small groups who want thoughtful, tailored movement support.
Group fitness will be available for private groups, homes, events, and third spaces. Sessions may be one-time or recurring, depending on the needs of the group.
Each session is shaped around the group’s preferences, goals, and experience level. Offerings may include strength-focused sessions, private yoga, Pilates-informed movement, mobility, beginner-friendly fitness, low-impact conditioning, or custom formats designed around a specific event, season, or community.
Group sessions are designed to feel approachable, useful, and well-paced.
Format: One-time or recurring private group sessions
Best for: Small groups, private homes, events, and third spaces.
Workshops & Retreats
For women who want space to step back, reset, learn, and reconnect with what actually supports them.
Santé workshops and retreats will bring together behavior change, movement, nutrition education, reflection, and practical tools in a more immersive format.
These experiences will focus on rebuilding consistency, strength and self-trust, navigating wellness noise, nutrition foundations, body composition without bullshit, or designing routines that support a fuller life.

Corporate Offerings
For organizations that want thoughtful, evidence-led wellness support.
Santé partners with organizations to design practical, high-quality wellness experiences for teams, leadership groups, retreats, off-sites, and staff communities.
Each engagement is shaped around the needs of the organization. Santé may support a one-time workshop, recurring series, group movement class, staff training session, offsite experience, or custom wellness program.
Areas of focus may include behavior change, nutrition education, strength and mobility, stress and recovery, habit formation, energy, consistency, and routines that can survive demanding seasons.
Format: Custom corporate engagements, workshops, group movement classes, staff training, offsite programming, or wellness series.
Best for: Teams, leadership groups, retreats, offsites, and organizations seeking practical, high-quality wellness support.

Aissata Himmelfarb
Founder Aissata Himmelfarb founded Santé after more than a decade leading complex global health and social impact projects across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. With specialized training in behavior change, health and wellness coaching, personal training, women’s fitness, yoga, and behavior change, she helps women build practical, evidence-led wellness frameworks that fit real life.
